A New Creative Space for My Abstract Work
I'm so excited to share something with you today—I've launched a new website called Kate Shephard Art, and I'd love to invite you to explore it.
Over the past few years, something's been shifting in my work. I've been creating more and more abstract paintings—expressive, colour-filled pieces that explore emotion, movement, and freedom. These paintings feel different from my other work, and I wanted to give them their own dedicated space where they could really shine.
What is Kate Shephard Art?
Kate Shephard Art is filled with vibrant abstract paintings and fine art prints, each one capturing what I call 'vibrant calm'—that beautiful balance of energy and serenity, like standing at the horizon where the sea meets the sky. That's where I find the most peace, and it's what I try to bring into every piece I create.

Crafty Cow Design isn't going anywhere—it's still very much here with all my watercolours, coastal scenes, Bible verse prints, and artwork you know and love. Kate Shephard Art is simply an additional space where my abstract work lives and grows.
Think of it this way: Crafty Cow Design is where my journey began, and it continues to be home for my watercolours, coastal art, wildlife paintings, and faith-based prints. Kate Shephard Art is an additional creative outlet where I explore abstraction, colour, and that vibrant calm I'm always chasing.
