'Peacock in Bloom' - 'Peacock in Bloom' - Modern Peacock Wall Art Print in Vibrant Watercolour - Let me introduce you to Peacock in Bloom — a vibrant and elegant watercolour art print that celebrates the beauty and majesty of the peacock. This piece is inspired by the graceful strength and iridescent colour of the peacock, which has long symbolised beauty, pride, and renewal. I painted it to capture not only the rich hues of its feathers but also that knowing, almost regal gaze they’re known for.

This print features a close-up portrait of the peacock’s head, rendered in loose yet deliberate watercolour strokes. It allowed me to focus on the fine detail around the eye, beak, and delicate feather tips while letting the colours bloom naturally across the paper. The flowing greens, turquoise blues, and deep indigos blend together to create movement and energy, giving the piece a dynamic but tranquil feel.

I wanted Peacock in Bloom to feel fresh, lively, and full of grace. It’s the kind of artwork that instantly draws the eye — not because it shouts, but because it glows. The bold palette is softened by the translucent nature of the watercolour medium, giving the piece a layered, almost dreamlike quality.

It’s a piece that works beautifully in a variety of rooms. Whether you hang it in your living room to add a focal point of colour, place it in a bedroom to bring in a sense of calm, or display it in an office or creative space for a bit of natural inspiration, it holds its own. The vibrant palette also complements many different interior styles — from modern boho to classic, minimalist, and even maximalist spaces.

This print is available in multiple sizes and on fine art paper. It is printed with high-quality archival inks that preserve the rich colours and delicate detail of the original painting.

Peacock in Bloom also makes a thoughtful gift for nature lovers, bird enthusiasts, or anyone who appreciates meaningful and uplifting art. It’s ideal for birthdays, housewarmings, or as a unique present for someone who loves to fill their home with joyful colour and character.

Each print is made to order with care and attention to detail, so you can be sure you’re getting something special. I hope this piece brings a sense of peace and vibrancy to your space, just as painting it did for me.
