Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on item size and destination (there is also a calculator on the checkout page)
- UK prices start at £3.60
- USA prices start at £6.80
Northern Ireland - very sadly due to the introduction of GPSR laws I am no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland or countries in the EU.
RETURNS :
- Non Personalised Prints : If you feel your purchase is different from the description, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me and I will endeavour to fix the problem - I want you to be absolutely happy with your order.
Sometimes damage occurs during transport: if this happens, please email me photos of the damaged item and I will either refund or replace it if possible.
You may cancel your order or return your merchandise up to 14 days within receipt for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. The items should reach me in the same condition i sent them to you of course and i would highly suggest you get insured and recorded shipping if you plan to send something back to me. Once I receive your returned item I will issue a refund. - Personalised Prints: Custom-made/personalised products are non-returnable.
- Original Paintings: You’re welcome to return original artwork, as long as it’s in perfect condition and in all of its original packaging. Please ensure it’s fully insured for return shipping.

- PRINTED prints (i.e. not DIGITAL FILE ONLY) are printed on on fine art archival matt poster paper 230gsm with genuine long lasting inks
HOW TO ORDER

2) If you would like your print personalised then please chose 'Personalise My Print' from the Quote drop-down and enter it in the Personalisation box provided.
3) Click the “Add to Cart” button and that's it!
4) If you have chosen a 'DIGITAL FILE ONLY' printable then once your payment processes you will see a button on the screen which will enable you to download the file.
TURN AROUND TIME
1) If you have opted for your own quote I will create a digital proof for you within 1-3 working days; Then once you are happy with it I will print and post. If you have chosen the pictured quote I will just print and post for you! I am pretty quick off my feet and usually print and package my prints withing a couple of working days; Larger prints and USA bound prints may take a few days longer as I outsource those to some excellent Giclee Printers.
