USA orders shipped from within the USA!

Policies

Shipping

I aim to dispatch all my makes within 3 business days – though I am usually much faster. Large prints and prints being posted to the USA may take a little longer as they have to be ordered through my print company and then printed and dispatched, Paintings may also take slightly longer because they will need careful wrapping and specialist postage services.
I will ship your order after I receive payment and by default I post first class to the UK and tracked for outside of the UK (if available to your country);

I use normal 1st class as standard for orders so you get reasonable shipping costs.

While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for UK delivery & up to 6 weeks for International delivery before considering the parcel lost as at busy times of the year (such as Christmas) there can be backlogs in the processing centres and at customs.

My prints are shipped in either a tube (for large prints), a box or a card backed envelope with additional grey board to protect them. As an environmentally friendly measure I am phasing out plastic cello sleeves and replacing them with biodegradable potato starch ones. If you are allergic or have any issues with potatoes or any materials in the manufacture of potato starch cello sleeves please let me know prior to ordering.

Customs fees, taxes are the responsibility of the buyer - unfortunately I have no control over these.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you feel your purchase is different from the description, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me and I will endeavour to fix the problem - I want you to be absolutely happy with your order.

Sometimes damage occurs during transport: if this happens, please email me photos of the damaged item and I will either refund or replace it if possible.

You may cancel your order or return your merchandise up to 14 days within receipt for a refund of the purchase price (postage is not refundable). You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. The items should reach me in the same condition i sent them to you of course and i would highly suggest you get insured and recorded shipping if you plan to send something back to me. Once I receive your returned item I will issue a refund.

Custom-made/personalised products are non-returnable.
