• NOT PERSONALISED on paper - 5x7"- A3 size prints are shipped out in 2-4 business days; 16x20" and larger prints take 3-5 days to print/ship. Digital Prints are instant download
• PERSONALISED - Proof sent via email within 2-3 business days of your order; Once the order is approved the print will be printed/ship in the timescales as per above.
• CANVAS PRINTS - These take 7-10 days to print/stretch/ship
• ORIGINAL ARTWORK - Please allow 3-5 days before shipping

• UK prices start at £3.60
• USA prices start at £6.80

Northern Ireland - very sadly due to the introduction of GPSR laws I am no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland or countries in the EU.

RETURNS :

• Non Personalised Prints : If you feel your purchase is different from the description, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me and I will endeavour to fix the problem - I want you to be absolutely happy with your order.
  Sometimes damage occurs during transport: if this happens, please email me photos of the damaged item and I will either refund or replace it if possible.
  You may cancel your order or return your merchandise up to 14 days within receipt for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. The items should reach me in the same condition i sent them to you of course and i would highly suggest you get insured and recorded shipping if you plan to send something back to me. Once I receive your returned item I will issue a refund.
• Personalised Prints: Custom-made/personalised products are non-returnable.
• Original Paintings: You’re welcome to return original artwork, as long as it’s in perfect condition and in all of its original packaging. Please ensure it’s fully insured for return shipping.
  

• Prints to the USA are usually printed within the USA to avoid high shipping costs and customs delays/charges or import taxes
• If you need your print by a certain date please let me know prior to ordering
• All my fine art paper prints are currently Unframed
• Most fine art paper prints are printed on 230gsm Fine Art Matte Poster Paper (unless stated otherwise)
• Some of my canvas prints can be purchased framed in a canvas tray frame - please see individual product details for further information
• If your print is personalised in any way I will send a proof via mail prior to printing
