- PERSONALISED - Proof sent via email within 2-3 business days of your order; Once the order is approved the print will be printed/ship in the timescales as per above.
- CANVAS PRINTS - These take 7-10 days to print/stretch/ship
- ORIGINAL ARTWORK - Please allow 3-5 days before shipping

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on item size and destination (there is also a calculator on the ‘your cart’ page (top right))
- UK prices start at £3.60
- USA prices start at £6.80
Northern Ireland - very sadly due to the introduction of GPSR laws I am no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland or countries in the EU.
RETURNS :
- Non Personalised Prints : If you feel your purchase is different from the description, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me and I will endeavour to fix the problem - I want you to be absolutely happy with your order.
Sometimes damage occurs during transport: if this happens, please email me photos of the damaged item and I will either refund or replace it if possible.
You may cancel your order or return your merchandise up to 14 days within receipt for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. The items should reach me in the same condition i sent them to you of course and i would highly suggest you get insured and recorded shipping if you plan to send something back to me. Once I receive your returned item I will issue a refund. - Personalised Prints: Custom-made/personalised products are non-returnable.
- Original Paintings: You’re welcome to return original artwork, as long as it’s in perfect condition and in all of its original packaging. Please ensure it’s fully insured for return shipping.

- Prints to the USA are usually printed within the USA to avoid high shipping costs and customs delays/charges or import taxes
- If you need your print by a certain date please let me know prior to ordering

- Most fine art paper prints are printed on 230gsm Fine Art Matte Poster Paper (unless stated otherwise)
- Some of my canvas prints can be purchased framed in a canvas tray frame - please see individual product details for further information

TURN AROUND TIME
1) I am pretty quick off my feet and tend to get my prints printed and sent within a couple of days! My larger sized prints – 16x20” and up get printed by a professional giclee printer so may take a little longer to produce. As soon as I have posted your print I let you know :)

~~~ THE STORY OF MY PAINTINGS ~~~
Anyone that knows me well knows that I have a really deep passion for the ocean and have a fascination with the way it moves and with crashing waves. I love everything about them - from the soothing sound they make, to the stunning colours that can be seen in the water, to the beauty of the surf when it hits the shore; Once my children were a little bigger and I had a little time to paint I have taken time to study different waves and the beauty of the turquoise and teal shades that can be found within. I paint when I can though at the moment this isn't as often as I'd like but as the kids get older I hope to find more and more time. I really hope you like my abstract ocean studies :)
