RETURNS
- Damage: Sometimes damage occurs during transport: if this happens, please email me photos of the damaged item and I will either refund or replace it if possible.
- Cancellation / Return: You may cancel your order or return your merchandise up to 14 days within receipt for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. The items should reach me in the same condition i sent them to you of course and i would highly suggest you get insured and recorded shipping if you plan to send something back to me. Once I receive your returned item I will issue a refund.

- Oak finish frames : currently these are only available in the UK
- Printed on : on a high-quality canvas, ready to hang with included back hanging. Each frame is crafted from ethically sourced wood from renewable forests.
- Canvas material : Poly cotton blend with a matte/satin finish. Scratch, crack, & warp resistant. 344 gsm weight & 17.5 mil thickness.
- Print : Strong vibrant colours from sustainable water based HP latex inks and protected with UV coatings.
- Stretcher bar : A depth of 3.2 cm and made from 100% renewable, kiln-dried, knot-free, finger jointed wood
- Floater frames : 4.5 cm deep solid wood (oak or poplar hardwood) (only available in the UK currently), black or white finish; These give your canvas the appearance of floating within the frame.
- Size : the 8x8" & 53x53" sizes are only available in the UK at the moment; In all other locations, sizes available range from 12x12" to 48x48".
