I wanted to capture both the movement and the stillness of the ocean at once — that beautiful contradiction the sea always holds. The palette came naturally — deep indigos, soft blues, gentle greys, creamy whites and subtle hints of turquoise and green, layered and blended to create an organic, flowing energy. A wave frozen in a perfect moment just before it breaks.
